Update a chat note

Replaces the text of an internal chat note. Any property manager may edit any note; MagicDoor records who did.

401 · The access token is missing, expired, or not valid.

404 · No note with that id belongs to your company.

The note must belong to the chat in the URL. A note that belongs to another chat, or one written for the AI alone, is reported as not found.
