Returns one chat with its participants, its most recent message, and the lease it hangs off if it has one.

ISO 639-1 code messages are translated into for the participants.

Whether the chat is archived. Sending a message to an archived chat reopens it.

Whether the chat is pinned in the portal.

groupNumberstring

The MagicDoor phone number this chat's SMS traffic uses. Present on lease, maintenance request and work order chats.

How many messages the chat holds.

How many messages your company has not read yet.

A chat is one conversation, however many people are in it. A lease chat lists every tenant on the lease under participants — there is no separate chat per tenant, and a message posted to it goes to all of them.
