List chats

Returns every chat in your company, each with its participants and its most recent message. The response is not paged.

Authorization

Bearer token — Send your API token in the Authorization header as Bearer <token>. Requests without a valid token are rejected with 401 Unauthorized.

Query parameters

closedboolean

Return only archived chats when true, only open chats when false. Omit for both.

humanEngagementRequestedboolean

Return only chats the AI has flagged as needing a person when true. Omit for all chats.

assignedPropertyManagerIdstring

Return only chats assigned to this property manager.

No paging on this endpoint

Every chat is returned in one response, each one carrying its participants, its latest message, and its lease. On a company with a lot of chats that is a large payload — filter it down with closed or assignedPropertyManagerId.
