Update an owner distribution

Changes a distribution's date or memo. Nothing else can be changed here, and at least one of the two must be sent. The date may not be in the future.

A note on the distribution. Absent when none was set.

A reference on the distribution. Absent when none was set.

true when the owner asked for the money rather than the manager initiating it.

The lease subsidy this distribution passes through, when it comes from one. Absent otherwise.

The person behind creator, resolved. Exactly one of propertyManager, vendor, tenant and owner is present, matching creator.type.

400 · Neither `distributionDate` nor `memo` was sent, `distributionDate` is in the future, or `memo` is longer than 1000 characters.

401 · The access token is missing, expired, or does not belong to a property manager.

404 · No owner distribution with that id exists for the caller's company.
