Post owner distributions

Pays owners out of their properties, grouped one group per owner and payment run, and returns the results split by how the money moved. Unlike the disburse endpoint, ACH groups may not carry a distribution date at all, and the response separates manual, printed-check and ACH outcomes rather than returning one flat list.

Response

200 · What happened to each group, split by how the money moved. A 200 does not mean every payment succeeded — check `ach.failed`.

manualobject[]

Groups recorded as paid outside MagicDoor.

printCheckobject[]

Groups paid by printed check. Same shape as manual plus the check that was created.

achobject

Groups paid by ACH, split by outcome.

400 · `groups` is empty, an amount is below 1.00, `distributionDate` is in the future or was sent on an `ach` group, or a required field for the chosen `paymentType` is missing — `paymentMethod` and `externalTransactionId` for `manual`, `paymentAccountId` for `ach`.

401 · The access token is missing, expired, or does not belong to a property manager.

404 · An owner, property, bank account or chart of account in the request does not exist for the caller's company.

422 · The distribution was refused — for example a property does not have enough available to distribute.
