Calculate what each property can distribute

Works out, without moving any money, how much each property has available to distribute after its reserve, and splits that across its owners by ownership share. Feed the figures into the disburse endpoint.

401 · The access token is missing, expired, or does not belong to a property manager.

404 · A property id in the request does not exist for the caller's company.
