List business legal entities

Returns every business legal entity on the company, with the state of any draft open on it. Requires the business_info:read permission.

Bearer token — Send your API token in the Authorization header as Bearer <token>. Requests without a valid token are rejected with 401 Unauthorized.

Query parameters

Which stages to include. Repeat the parameter for more than one. materialized returns approved entities, staged adds entities whose id exists only because a first-time draft is in flight. Omitted, only materialized is returned.

Response

200 · The company’s business legal entities. Approved entities come first, most recently updated first, followed by any entity that exists only because a first-time draft is in flight. Not paginated.
