Set a vendor's portal password

Sets the password on a vendor's portal account and emails them to say it changed. The email failing does not undo the change. Requires the vendors:write permission.

The new password. At least 5 characters, and at most 150.

Response

200 · The password was changed. The response has no body.

400 · The password is missing or shorter than 5 characters.

401 · The request carried no valid access token.

403 · The token is not a property manager token, or it lacks the `vendors:write` permission.

404 · No such vendor, or it belongs to another company.
