Clear a vendor's custom field value

Removes a vendor's value for one custom field. The field itself stays defined. Requires the vendors:write permission.

200 · The value was cleared. The response has no body.

401 · The request carried no valid access token.

403 · The token is not a property manager token, or it lacks the `vendors:write` permission.
