Delete a vendor

Deletes a vendor and switches off their portal account. The record is soft-deleted: it stops appearing anywhere, and deleting it a second time succeeds without doing anything. The record that stands for the management company itself cannot be deleted. Requires the vendors:delete permission.

200 · The vendor was deleted, or had already been. The response has no body.

401 · The request carried no valid access token.

403 · The token is not a property manager token, or it lacks the `vendors:delete` permission.

404 · No such vendor, or it belongs to another company.

422 · This vendor record stands for the management company itself and cannot be deleted.
