Rename a letter template group

Changes a group's name. Name is the only thing a group holds, so this is the whole update. Requires the letter_templates:write permission.

400 · `name` is missing, blank, or longer than 250 characters.

401 · The access token is missing, expired, or not a property-manager token.

403 · The token is valid but the caller does not hold the `letter_templates:write` permission.

404 · No group with that id belongs to the caller's company.
