Delete a letter template group

Removes a group and returns it one last time. The templates that were filed under it are kept — they simply become ungrouped. Requires the letter_templates:delete permission.

200 · The group as it was at the moment it was deleted.

401 · The access token is missing, expired, or not a property-manager token.

403 · The token is valid but the caller does not hold the `letter_templates:delete` permission.

404 · No group with that id belongs to the caller's company.

Deleting a group clears letterTemplateGroupId on every letter template that pointed at it. Nothing is lost — the templates keep their content and stay in the list, just without a group.
