Get a letter template group

Fetch one letter template group. The templates inside it are not returned — list those with a filtered call to List letter templates.

When the group was last renamed, in the company's timezone and with no offset.

401 · The access token is missing, expired, or not a property-manager token.

404 · No group with that id belongs to the caller's company.
