Unit listings

Check a listing against the syndication rules

Runs the syndication checks without sending anything anywhere. A 200 means the listing would be accepted; a 409 names the first thing that would stop it.

Authorization

Authorizationstringrequired
Bearer token — Send your API token in the Authorization header as Bearer <token>. Requests without a valid token are rejected with 401 Unauthorized.

Path parameters

unitIdstringrequired

Snowflake id of the unit. A unit listing has no id of its own — it is keyed by the unit it markets, so this is also the listing's id.

example: 1830472847398404098

Response

200 · The listing passes every syndication check. The response has no body.

401 · The access token is missing, expired, or not for this company.

404 · No listing for that unit, the unit belongs to another company, or the listing has been deactivated.

409 · The listing would be rejected. Alongside the usual problem members the body carries `entityType` and `entityId`, and the `detail` names the field and the reason.

Two different checks

canNotBeListedReasons on the listing tells you whether MagicDoor will publish it at all. This endpoint tells you whether the portals — Zillow, HotPads, Trulia — would take it, which is a stricter bar and can fail on the property or the company's syndication settings rather than the listing.
