Unit listings

Get syndication status

Reports whether this listing has reached Zillow, HotPads and Trulia, and links to it where it has. Returns a 409 describing the first blocking problem when the listing is not fit to syndicate at all.

GET
https://api.portal.magicdoor.com/company-app/unit-listings/{unitId}/syndication-status

Authorization

Authorizationstringrequired
Bearer token — Send your API token in the Authorization header as Bearer <token>. Requests without a valid token are rejected with 401 Unauthorized.

Path parameters

unitIdstringrequired

Snowflake id of the unit. A unit listing has no id of its own — it is keyed by the unit it markets, so this is also the listing's id.

401 · The access token is missing, expired, or not for this company.

404 · No listing for that unit, the unit belongs to another company, or the listing has been deactivated.

409 · The listing cannot be syndicated at all. On top of the usual problem members the body carries `field` (which value is at fault), `reason` (what is wrong with it), `fixTarget` (where in MagicDoor to fix it — `currentPage`, `editProperty`, `editUnit`, `editListing`, `photosTab` or `syndicationSettings`) and `entityLevel` (`unit`, `unitListing`, `property` or `syndicationSetting`).

Syndication is MagicDoor pushing your listing out

MagicDoor feeds published listings to three portals: Zillow, and its sister sites HotPads and Trulia. Each reports back separately, so one can be live while another is still blocked.
