Listing syndication

Check a listing can be syndicated

Checks whether a unit's listing meets the partner sites' requirements, without publishing anything. A 200 means it is ready; a 409 names the first thing that has to be fixed.

Authorization

Authorizationstringrequired
Bearer token — Send your API token in the Authorization header as Bearer <token>. Requests without a valid token are rejected with 401 Unauthorized.

Path parameters

unitIdstringrequired

The unit whose listing you are asking about. A Snowflake id, sent as a decimal string. This is the unit id, not the listing id — the active listing is found from it.

example: 1831559023847362560

Response

200 · The listing meets the requirements. The response has no body.

401 · The access token is missing, expired, or not valid.

404 · The unit has no listing, or its listing is not active.

409 · The listing is not ready. `field` names what is wrong, `reason` explains it in plain language, `entityLevel` is one of `Unit`, `UnitListing`, `Property` or `SyndicationSetting`, and `fixTarget` names the screen that fixes it — one of `CurrentPage`, `EditProperty`, `EditUnit`, `EditListing`, `PhotosTab` or `SyndicationSettings`. Only the first problem found is reported, so fix and re-check.

Nothing is published

This only validates. Publishing to the partner sites happens through MagicDoor's own feed, not through this API.

No permission check

Unlike the rental-application endpoints, this one checks only that the caller is an authenticated property-manager user for the company. It requires no named permission.
