Get listing syndication status
Reports whether a unit's listing has been published to Zillow, HotPads and Trulia, and gives the live URL where it has. All three come from the same Zillow feed, so they are reported together.

unitIdstringrequiredThe unit whose listing you are asking about. A Snowflake id, sent as a decimal string. This is the unit id, not the listing id — the active listing is found from it.
Response
200 · The status per partner site. A partner object is absent when the company has no active syndication provider that covers it.
zillowStatusobjectStatus on Zillow. Absent when nothing has been fed to Zillow for this listing.
hotpadsStatusobjectStatus on HotPads, in the same shape as zillowStatus.
truliaStatusobjectStatus on Trulia, in the same shape as zillowStatus.
401 · The access token is missing, expired, or not valid.
404 · The unit has no listing, or its listing is not active.
409 · The listing cannot be syndicated as it stands, so there is no status to report. `field` names what is wrong, `reason` explains it, `entityLevel` says whether the problem is on the unit, the listing, the property or the company's syndication settings, and `fixTarget` names the screen that fixes it. An incomplete syndication setup — missing contact name, email or phone, or no active provider — is reported the same way with `field` set to `SyndicationSetting`.
Zillow, HotPads and Trulia are fed from a single Zillow submission, so the three statuses move together. All three come back absent when the feed has never run for this listing.
Unlike the rental-application endpoints, this one checks only that the caller is an authenticated property-manager user for the company. It requires no named permission.
