Get the reconciliation summary

Returns counts and amounts for the company's reconciliation items, broken down by status and by resolution, plus how much book-side activity has no bank entry against it. Requires the reconciliations:read permission.

Narrow the whole summary to one bank account. Omit it for the company as a whole.

The other direction: balance-affecting transactions in MagicDoor's books that no bank entry has been tied to. A diagnostic on the book side, not another bucket of items. Same count and amount fields as items.total.

401 · The access token is missing, expired, or not for this company.

403 · The caller does not hold the `reconciliations:read` permission.
