Property directory report

Lists every property with the management fee agreed for it, the reserve it must keep back, and its owners. One row is one property.

Authorization

Bearer token — Send your API token in the Authorization header as Bearer <token>. Requests without a valid token are rejected with 401 Unauthorized.

Query parameters

activeboolean

Whether to list active or deactivated properties. Leave it out for both.

Response

200 · Every property with its fee terms and owners.

itemsobject[]

One entry per property.

401 · The access token is missing, expired, or not valid for this company.

The fee terms and the reserve come from each property's own settings, which fall back to the company's defaults when the property has not set its own.
