Lease unpaid ledger report

Lists every charge on one lease that has not been paid off, with the lease, its unit, its property and its tenants alongside. One row is one unpaid charge.

200 · The lease's unpaid charges and the records around them.

The unit the lease is on.

The tenants on the lease.

One row per charge with money still outstanding.

chartOfAccountsobject[]

Every account named by a charge line item, so the ids can be shown as names.

401 · The access token is missing, expired, or not valid for this company.

404 · No lease with that id exists in the caller's company.

This report is scoped by lease, not by property

leaseId is required and is the only scope. The portfolio, property and owner filters the other reports take do not apply here.
