List lease insurance

Returns a page of leases with the renters insurance that currently covers each one, whichever way the tenant got it: a policy bought through MagicDoor's partner Sure, a policy bought elsewhere and uploaded as proof, or a damage waiver, which is a monthly fee arrangement rather than an insurance policy.

Query parameters

pageinteger

Which page to return. The first page is 1.

How many leases to return per page. Between 1 and 100.

default: 50
leaseIdsstring[]

Return only these leases. Repeat the parameter once per lease, for example leaseIds=1842910736482304512&leaseIds=1842910736482304513. Each value is a lease id.

providersenum<string>[]

Return only leases whose current coverage comes from these sources. none means the lease has no active coverage. Repeat the parameter once per value.

Return only leases whose most recent insurance notice was sent inside this window. Sent as dotted query parameters, for example rentersInsuranceNoticeSentRange.start=2026-06-01T00:00:00-05:00.

Leave this true to skip draft leases and leases that have already ended. Set it to false to include them.
