Returns every insurance record ever created for one lease, newest first, mixing policies bought through MagicDoor's partner Sure, policies the tenant bought elsewhere and uploaded, and damage waivers, alongside the lease's current coverage.

A single label a property manager can act on. active means covered. requiresInsurance means never covered, insuranceExpired means covered before but not now. externalPendingReview and externalRejected describe uploaded proof waiting on or refused by a reviewer. The three damageWaiver values describe where the lease sits in the damage waiver flow. leaseInactive means the lease is a draft or has ended.
