A decided or cancelled request returns 400 Bad Request with the detail Cannot update due date of a decided or cancelled board request.
A background sweep runs every five minutes and moves any boardVoting request whose deadline has passed to readyForPmReview, setting isOverdue to true. Pushing the deadline out prevents that; pulling it into the past brings it forward. Clearing the deadline takes the request out of the sweep altogether.
When the request already has an open board vote, that vote's closing time is set to the same value.
Every architectural request and board member endpoint first checks that the calling company is set up as an HOA. A company in any other business mode gets 400 Bad Request with the detail Company is not in HOA business mode.
