Work orders

Deactivate a work order

Takes a work order out of circulation without deleting it. It disappears from the default lists but keeps its history, files and bills; pass active=false to a list endpoint to find it again. Deactivating one that is already deactivated changes nothing. Requires the work_orders:write permission.
