Estimate ACH arrival times

Works out, without moving any money, when ACH payments to vendors would arrive and whether each would start immediately or be scheduled for later, and reports the balance available on each bank account.

baseDateTimestring · date-time

The moment to estimate from, read in the company's timezone. Left out, now is used.

Response

200 · The estimate. Nothing was created or sent.

groupsobject[]

One entry per group you sent, in the same order.

400 · `groups` is empty, a group has no payments, or an amount is below 1.00.

401 · The access token is missing, expired, or does not belong to a property manager.
