Delete a unit

Permanently removes a unit and everything under it. Use deactivate instead when you only want it out of the way — deactivating leaves the record and its lease history intact.

Response

200 · The unit was deleted. The response has no body.

401 · The access token is missing, expired, or not for this company.

404 · No unit with that id, or it belongs to another company.

This deletes the leases and the listing too

Deleting a unit deletes every lease on it, the unit's marketing listing, and its unit-level settings. None of that is recoverable through the API.
