Delete a subsidizer
Permanently removes a subsidizer. This is a real delete, not a soft one. It is refused as soon as the subsidizer is attached to any lease subsidy, which is what stops you erasing a body that has already paid money.
Authorization
AuthorizationstringrequiredBearer token — Send your API token in the Authorization header as Bearer <token>. Requests without a valid token are rejected with 401 Unauthorized.
Path parameters
subsidizerIdstringrequiredThe subsidizer. A Snowflake id, sent as a decimal string.
example: 1830472847398404099
Response
200 · The subsidizer was removed. The response has no body.
401 · The access token is missing, expired, or does not belong to a property manager.
404 · No subsidizer with that id exists for the calling company. A record that belongs to another company is reported the same way as one that does not exist. The id you asked for is in `entityId`; `detail` names only the kind of record.
422 · The subsidizer is attached to at least one lease subsidy, so it cannot be removed. Deactivate it instead.
This one really deletes
The subsidizer row is removed from the database. There is no deleted flag to filter on and no way to get it back. If you only want it out of the way, use deactivate a subsidizer — that keeps the record and is reversible.
The one thing standing between you and a permanent loss is the lease-subsidy check: a subsidizer that has ever been attached to a lease subsidy cannot be deleted. A subsidizer created by mistake, and never used, can be.
