List service bills

Returns a page of the service bills the management company has charged its properties for work outside the management agreement, with the units, leases and chart of accounts they refer to.

Query parameters

Which page to return. The first page is 1.

How many bills to return per page. Between 1 and 100.

propertyIdsstring[]

Return only bills charged to these properties. Repeat the parameter for each id.

portfolioIdsstring[]

Return only bills for properties in these portfolios. Repeat the parameter for each id.

unitIdsstring[]

Return only bills for these units. Repeat the parameter for each id.

leaseIdsstring[]

Return only bills for these leases. Repeat the parameter for each id.

propertyChartOfAccountIdsstring[]

Return only bills booked to these chart of accounts on the property side. Repeat the parameter for each id.

companyChartOfAccountIdsstring[]

Return only bills booked to these chart of accounts on the company side. Repeat the parameter for each id.

chargeDate.startstring · date-time

Return only bills charged at or after this moment, read in the company's timezone. Give at least one of chargeDate.start and chargeDate.end.

chargeDate.endstring · date-time

Return only bills charged at or before this moment, read in the company's timezone.

totalAmount.fromnumber

Lower bound of the bill amount. Give at least one of totalAmount.from and totalAmount.to.

totalAmount.tonumber

Upper bound of the bill amount.

totalAmount.includeFromboolean

Whether a bill equal to totalAmount.from is included.
