Response
200 · The owner is no longer linked to the property. The response has no body.
400 · `propertyId` or `ownerId` is not a decimal number. The response carries an `errors` member mapping each rejected field name to its message.
401 · The access token is missing, expired, or not for this company.
404 · No property or no owner with that id, or one of them belongs to another company.
How ownership is modelled
An owner is a person or company record of its own, created through the owners endpoints. Linking one to a property records a share — a percentage — and a property can carry several owners. MagicDoor does not require the shares on a property to add up to 100, so it is on you to keep them consistent.
