List management fees

Returns a page of the management fees the company has charged its properties, with the portfolios, properties, units, leases and chart of accounts they refer to.

Query parameters

Which page to return. The first page is 1.

How many fees to return per page. Between 1 and 100.

Return only fees charged to these properties. Repeat the parameter for each id.

portfolioIdsstring[]

Return only fees for properties in these portfolios. Repeat the parameter for each id.

Return only fees for these units. Repeat the parameter for each id.

Return only fees for these leases. Repeat the parameter for each id.

propertyChartOfAccountIdsstring[]

Return only fees booked to these chart of accounts on the property side. Repeat the parameter for each id.

Return only fees booked to these chart of accounts on the company side. Repeat the parameter for each id.

Return only fees charged at or after this moment, read in the company's timezone. Give at least one of chargeDate.start and chargeDate.end.

Return only fees charged at or before this moment, read in the company's timezone.

Return only fees whose period starts at or after this moment, read in the company's timezone.

Return only fees whose period ends at or after this moment, read in the company's timezone.

Lower bound of the fee amount. Give at least one of totalAmount.from and totalAmount.to.

Upper bound of the fee amount.

Whether a fee equal to totalAmount.from is included.
