Send a balance-due reminder

Sends the lease's active tenants a reminder that they owe money. It only works when the lease actually owes something and has at least one active tenant to send to.

Bearer token — Send your API token in the Authorization header as Bearer <token>. Requests without a valid token are rejected with 401 Unauthorized.

The lease whose tenants should be reminded. A Snowflake id, sent as a decimal string.

Response

200 · The reminder was sent. No body is returned.

401 · The access token is missing, expired, or not for this company.

404 · No lease matched the id, or it belongs to another company.

409 · Either the lease is not in arrears, or it has no active tenant to send the reminder to.
