Get a transaction receipt

Fetches the receipt for one of the lease's transactions, including the stored PDF and the transaction details as they stood when the receipt was made.

When the receipt was issued, in the company's timezone.

The amount receipted, as a decimal. Taken from the transaction as it stood when the receipt was made.

How the money moved, as recorded on the transaction.
