Get the automatic renewal settings

Returns the company's standing automatic-renewal policy, grouped by how wide it reaches: company-wide settings under global, then per portfolio and per property. A lease is covered by the narrowest group that names it.

Settings scoped to a portfolio.

Settings scoped to a property.
