Damage waivers

Opt a lease out of the damage waiver

Takes a lease out of the damage waiver program, cancels any waiver in force, and drops any fee set for the lease. Because a property manager is doing it, the final pro-rata charge that a tenant-initiated opt-out would produce is skipped. Calling it on a lease that is already opted out changes nothing. Requires the leasing_insurance:write permission.
