Company payouts

Create company payouts

Moves what the company is owed out of property and owner trust accounts into the management company's own account. Each group is one transfer: money leaves the property side and arrives on the company side, and the line items say what the transfer covers. Take the groups from the calculate endpoint and add the accounts and payment type.

Response

200 · The payouts that were created, each with both sides of the transfer.

payoutsCompanyPayout[]

One entry per group in the request.

400 · `paymentType` is `ach`, which is not supported for company payouts, or a required id is missing or not a Snowflake id.

401 · The access token is missing, expired, or does not belong to a property manager.

404 · A bank account, chart of account or line item in the request does not exist for the caller's company.

422 · The accounting service refused the transfer.
